Ferry to Utila

Not the greatest picture but i had to have one to go with this segment. That is Roatan we are leaving behind from the ferry.

This next day we took a ferry to the main land (La Ceiba) then to the island of Utila. We stopped into Captian Morgan's Dive shop to say we were there and the lady radioed Barry, our contact for the Island, he would be there at 12 noon, and it was about 11:30. So we had just enough time to walk down to a little grocery store and buy our weeks groceries. Which was one area where we decided to skimp on the money, and found through our time there that it caused some creative cooking.
Josiah stopped by a bakery that he had went to before and picked us up 2 hot coconut rolls and 2 cinimon rolls that were more like monkey bread...YUM! We ate those when we got back to the dive shop for lunch. The lady at the shop let us buy a big jug of water off her to take with us. She also let me make a quick call to my parents to say we were off to Sandy Cay and they wouldnt hear from us for three days Posted by Picasa
